What Ambassadors do not do. Ambassadors do not deliver SCALE™ diagnostics, interpret results or advise clients on them. Every SCALE™ diagnostic is delivered by Manobal HR Services, the owner and developer of the SCALE™ Framework.

Ambassador questions
What is a SCALE™ Ambassador?
An experienced HR leader who experiences the SCALE™ Framework first-hand, challenges and helps shape it, and introduces it to organisations it can help. An Ambassador earns trust through association and contribution.
Is there a fee to become an Ambassador?
No. Joining is free. If you choose to implement SCALE™ in your own organisation, you receive the ambassador rate — currently 30% off the full diagnostic, effective from 10 October 2026.
Can the ambassador rate change?
Yes. Manobal sets the ambassador rate for each period and may increase or decrease it. The rate that applies is the one in force when your engagement is confirmed in writing; a confirmed engagement is never affected by a later change.
Do Ambassadors deliver SCALE™ diagnostics?
No. Ambassadors introduce SCALE™; they do not administer diagnostics, interpret results or advise clients on them. Every diagnostic is delivered by Manobal HR Services, the owner and developer of the SCALE™ Framework.
Do I need any training?
No. Ambassadors experience SCALE™ as leaders. You do not need to learn to administer it.
What do I sign?
The SCALE™ Ambassador Agreement of Association — an agreement of association, not a practitioner, partner or employment agreement. You accept it online when you register.
How are referral rewards handled?
Under the Ambassador Agreement of Association. Introductions are recorded under the Referral segment, and every introduction and reward is tracked transparently in your partner portal.
Can I become a Manobal partner later?
Yes. Tick the future-partner option when you register, and we will contact you when there is a fit.
